Powered by the YAMAHA XT660 engine, the FC4-Magna is the new EMC Formula combustion prototype.

The 2018 project explores new airs, with a complete revitalization on Powertrain. which now has a 659cc single cylinder engine over the previous 449cc.

Also becoming more compact, the ArcelorMittal Dual Phase 980 chassis steel tubes, material 3 times stronger than a conventional steel, were used to optimize the frame geometry, resulting in a dramatic reduction in the total inertia of the bolide.

Following the premises of compactness and visual simplification, the fairing has been rethought and designed along the lines of the other subsystems.
